ElitegardentoolsReviews of elitegardentools.com

Never arrived , didn't respond to any messages , total scam , bank.unable to get money back . Disgusting they are still going

Ordered and paid for a ride on garden mower. It never arrived and was unable to get a reply from the company either by email, text or phone! Is it a scam company ?

Like the two other reviews, I believe this is a scam company. Ordered a Henry vacuum which hasn’t arrived, tracking just keeps showing delays, but unable to contact either the supposed supplier Elite or Shippzone the courier. No response to online chat bot and when trying to phone, numbers not recognised for either companies. Found out that Shippzone appears to be Texas based!!

Item never came. No reply to emails, texts or phone calls. Appears to be a garden centre in Dundee yet everything is American. Raised as a dispute with credit card provider

Ordered a Bosch pressure washer which never came. The company did not respond to my telephone, chat and email attempts to contact. I reported them to my credit card provider.
