My only postal address is a post office box. I was never made aware that elitewill does not deliver to P.O. boxes so now my package is lost.

the only reason i gave one star is because they will not allow 0 or less stars. first, after completing the order i kept getting emails telling me i still have stuff in my cart and should finish checking out. next, i get the tow hooks and they can not be mounted in my vehicle even though i bought the model that should fit my ram truck. the instruction included for installation did not match the details of the vehicle i have. so of course wish to return for a refund. but they tell me that i am lying about them not fitting my vehicle and will not pay for me to ship them back. horrible company, will not deal with again nor will i recommend.

Because the auto parts products are installed by your customers themselves or by professional people, what we can do is to provide you with the correct products and installation instructions. If you say that you cannot install it, we have agreed to let you return it.

The product I ordered that was for my vehicle did not fit. I have made numerous attempts to get a return label and basically I am not getting any satisfaction with a return. This company must be desperate for sales if they can’t take a return, I would not recommend buying from them if there is a chance the product won’t fit your vehicle.

Been trying for days to contact Elitewill. They will not answer the phone, return voice messages, answer emails or chats. My tow hooks came in missing the bolts/hardware and I cannot install them until I get the rest of the equipment. I am now asking for a return / refund but again they will not response.

Order damaged due to poor packaging. Left 2 voice messages and 2 emails, no response. I see response to review 1 hour after posting. No emails found anywhere. No message on the voice mail about what company you actually call. Elitewill, look up order 2017 and call please.

Crossmember was garbage. Figment was poor and with the tank sitting at the factory crossmember height, this new one was about 1.5” higher. So no way to get the tank straps on. Ended up building gm my own in about 1.5 hours out of angle iron.
