Didn’t ship everything together and took longer than quoted

Sorry to keep you waiting, in order to prevent the package from being damaged due to the product being too heavy, we split the package and shipped it

Ordered the bed rack and felt it was a great price until I got it. A lot of places had the coating chipped off, now was it from shipping and handling of package or was it that way before it was shipped? I don't know and it is what it is. Assembled rack and placed in in and secured. Everything fit like it was suppose to. The real issue that has me giving it a low rating is "Nothing" I have ordered to mount on the rack does not line up with the holes. No matter what I do none of the holes line up to mount the gas tank or rails matched up. I searched everywhere for adapter plates and found nothing. The rack had been mounted on my truck for a month and I was not going to ship everything back I ordered to mount and use. I ended up having to drill my own mounting holes. Guess I felt every one was standard as far as mounting hole for all accessories. I know beeter now.

I ordered Tow Hooks for 2021 Ram 1500 Classic. & was told that they would fit. When the cam in this week, there is no way they would fit. My truck doesn't have the holes to hook to that are in the online installation video. I would like to trade them back for the proper fit ones, but no one will repond to me. I place several messages to the email provided and even left messages on the telephone #. Please help! Jim Warren

At first I thought these were going to be the best looking legit, when I got them the brackets were all peeled and scrapped off, bear metal was showing on parts of it, not good

You have bought two products from our store, and one of them is out of stock in the American warehouse because it is so popular. Therefore, we urgently ship to you from an overseas supplier we cooperated with, but due to the current port congestion, the delivery time is longer than usual. We asked if you would like to wait. Cheap material. Gas tank strap mount was way off, had to cut up, relocate and weld it myself. Diameter of shock mounts were way off, had to weld a washer with a smaller diameter to it so the shock bolt would fit snug.
