Elma was very informative, making sure to answer any question I had. Her replies are extremely quick and clear, and even was eager to send me extra photos when I wanted. She’s also very friendly, and willing to make many accommodations for me. I recommend her services to all the Chanel lovers! I will definitely contact Elma again for my future luxury purchases.

Elma is the absolute sweetest! She responded quickly to my inquiry about a bag I’ve been searching for. She thoroughly answered all of my questions and assured me that she was going to hang on to the bag for me to purchase if I was Interested. I had a payment issue but she was so accommodating and so kind! The bag arrived just as she described. I am so happy with my purchase and I will definitely be on the lookout for more of her posts. Elma is incredibly genuine and such a pleasure to work with!

Great experience purchasing luxury online. Elma is very professional, excellent communication, and honest. Item was exactly as described. Even the stickers were still attached. Elma answered all my questions and was very honest. Arrived the very next day as promised. Will probably buy more from her in the future. Her inventory is the best quality.
