The el Monte Class C Small RV needed no repair nor servicing even after driving it for 5000 miles on the road in 26 days! The emergency hotline service helped us to spot the reason for sudden breakdown of the heater when the outside temp was only -4C, and most importantly searched for us the nearest propane refiller to fix the heater problem, so that we could continue with our happy journey!!

We are glad you enjoyed your experience during your long road trip. We are happy to hear that our vehicle proved reliable over such a significant distance. We also appreciate your kind words about our support team. We understand how challenging a cold night can be without warmth, and we are pleased our team could quickly identify the fuel shortage and locate a nearby station to get your heating system running again. Thank you for sharing your positive journey with us.

We had relative new RV which made all difference but we found the floor could have been cleaner and also in the laundry pack a tea towel a dish cloth could have been provided . The bedding needs updating to duvet and not blankets and decent pillows would be good !!

We appreciate your feedback regarding your recent rental. We are glad you enjoyed our modern vehicle, but we regret that the cleanliness of the cabin floor, the provided linens, and the kitchen essentials did not meet your expectations. We are currently reviewing our inventory and cleaning procedures to ensure better comfort and convenience for future guests.

Lots of broken things. Didn’t get any discount on failing battery in vehicle. Make sure to call service if you have something happen because they won’t discount you upon return unless you call first

We appreciate your feedback and the four-star rating. We are glad you chose us, but we regret that our vehicle had mechanical issues and that our policy regarding service calls was not clearer. We are currently reviewing our communication procedures to ensure our guests know how to get assistance and compensation during their trip.

No hot water for the week and the customer support was worthless. Oven didn’t light. No trash can. No frying pans but plenty of pots. Speed limit was 80 but this thing at 65 was all over the road. Asked customer service for an early check in, she said yes but forgot to tell the pick up location so we sat around. Check in office is unappealing at best. Take some lessons from GAH in Anchorage

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re disappointed to hear that the hot water issue, kitchen setup, and communication around early pickup made the rental more frustrating than expected. We also understand that driving a motorhome can feel very different from a passenger vehicle, particularly at higher speeds. We appreciate your feedback regarding the vehicle, customer support, and pickup experience, and we’ll use it as we continue looking for ways to improve.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the RV and even gave him the nickname “Bil”! From start to finish, we had a great experience and made some wonderful memories travelling aroute 66 for the 1st time. The only real disappointment was that our pick-up was delayed by two hours. The team did their best to accommodate us and refunded the early pick-up fee, which we appreciated. We also were told that the linen was missing, and although we were refunded for this as well, we had to spend time shopping for linen ourselves. Unfortunately, this put us more than two hours behind schedule. Despite these initial hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip with Bil and are grateful for the experience. With a smoother pick-up and everything ready to go from the start, it would have been an even better experience! Drop off qent smoothly.

We are glad you enjoyed your experience traveling along Route 66 and made wonderful memories with the vehicle you affectionately named Bil. It is wonderful to hear that the return process went smoothly for you. We appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding the start of your journey. We understand how frustrating it must have been to face a two-hour delay at departure and then have to spend your valuable travel time shopping for bedding because the linen set was unavailable. We want to assure you that we are addressing these preparation and timing issues with our team to ensure our vehicles and accessories are fully ready for departure on schedule in the future. Thank you for your patience and for taking the time to help us improve our service. We hope to welcome you back for an even smoother adventure next time.
