We’re sorry to hear you experienced mechanical issues during your trip. That’s not the level of reliability we aim to provide, and we understand how disruptive this must have been. We want to review how this unit was prepared and reinforce our maintenance checks to help prevent similar issues for future guests. If you’d like to share more details, please email [email protected]—your feedback helps us improve.

When I was checking in, one of the service members helping had a bit of attitude because I forgot to bring my physical card. She made it sound like I would lose my whole RV reservation since I didn’t have the card. Everything worked out in the end and she was able to use my friends physical card but the beginning attitude was uncalled for and it felt like she was treating us like children in the end. When we checked out the RV we had a different service member and she was stellar. Very accommodating and made sure we were taken care of.

We sincerely apologize for the excessively long waiting times you experienced. We understand how precious your vacation time is, and it is frustrating to face delays, especially after long journeys. Your feedback is valuable as we are continuously working to streamline these processes to ensure a more efficient and pleasant experience for all our guests.
