There are long wait times to process in and no crowds to blame for it. Seems a bit disorganized. The unit we rented had about 45k miles on it, it felt like 145k miles on, rattled and made a lot of noises on the road. Everything seemed to work ok, as long as you were on level ground. If it wasn't perfectly level, the bathroom sink water backed up into the shower.

The customer staff was nice and friendly. The picking up and dropping off of the RV was easy and seamless unfortunately, once we got out to the desert, we found out that half of our charging ports and our electrical sockets did not work. Our fridge did not stay as cold as it needed to be when we finally got the fridge to keep things cold it froze the stuff at the bottom.

El Monte RV made our Vacation so easy and the best experience in renting from them. Online reservation was easy and the pick up and drop off was also very easy. The motor home was great and very comfortable for our family. We will definitely rent again in the near future .

The dining table was broken and they did not disclose so then we had to stop on our way out of town for someone to try to fix it on thanksgiving day. He made it work for us, but it was not fully functional.
