Wrong item delivered Support will not reply to my emails

Most of the product was cracked to pieces.

They Canceled parts of order but did not drop the shipping cost due to that ,and then did not receive all the items we were charged for either. No customer service just an email. No reply to the email about being charged for 2 boxes of waffles almost $50 as they did not mail the whole order nor they refunded.

I recived out date stuff from November 2025

You sent a wrong product. My order was #16155.I was asking to solve this problem. I sent 3 emails with photo but still did not get the answer from you. The wrong product is cheapest than I was ordered.

The product expires 10/25

Packaging was horribly bad and items arrived melted.

They shipped me 5 bars of expensive chocolate , in July, with no means/method of keeping them cool. They were completely melted upon arrival.
