This is a scam. I never received my parcel, they had correct postcode but wrong address. They answered email to say they had corrected. Then tracking said delivered. I never received it and they then ghosted all my emails and messages through their website. Then emails started bouncing back as address unknown. Do not buy from them. It's a scam. After 4 weeks of absolutely no contact from them whatsoever, my money was refunded to my account. Thank you, but you didn't really do your business any favours. I rescind everything I said

Hi Cheryl, We sincerely apologize for the experience you had with your order and for the lack of communication. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to see the tracking marked as delivered when you had not received your parcel, especially after you had already contacted us about the address issue. We’re also very sorry that your follow-up emails and messages were not properly addressed and that you were left without a clear update for such a long time. This is certainly not the level of customer service we aim to provide. We’re glad to see that the situation was ultimately resolved and that your refund was successfully received. We truly appreciate your patience and your update to your review. 💚 If there is anything else you would like us to resolve or look into, please feel free to contact our customer service team directly. We’ll be happy to assist you and make sure your concerns are properly addressed. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused.

UPDATE 9/9/26 Refund as agree has cleared I have updated my review to 4 stars. Thank-you Eloracircle. UPDATE email now received and I am to get 50% refund. I will wait to review again when funds are cleared. No response to email contact as advertised. Two emails sent. Scam don’t buy. Order took so long to come that had to buy treatment here in UK which worked effectively so no need for the cream. They are not honouring their claim for refund. Yes I will be able to claim on my credit card but that is the company getting away with stealing.

As previous review. Charging more than £8 or £9 for something you can buy for £3. Scam. Dont use. Ships from China

I read the reviews for their Elora Interigo cream, ordering one tube for £24.99 with an added one for £9.99 - seemed like a bargain, even when they added an extra tube for another £9.99, Took almost a month to arrive, it arrived today South Moon Interigo cream, which sells for £5.99 on Amazon! Thankfully I paid on a credit card and will soon get my money back, as their website refuses emails when you try to contact them!

Hi Lesley, We sincerely apologize for the late response to your Trustpilot review and for the long delivery time you experienced. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait almost a month and then receive packaging that was different from what you expected. 💚 Regarding your comparison with products available on Amazon or other stores, we understand that you may find similar products at a lower price elsewhere. However, price alone does not determine the formulation, quality, or manufacturing standards of a product, so we would not want to make a direct comparison based solely on price. We’d also like to reassure you that the South Moon packaging was temporary packaging containing the same Elora formula, and the product is handled and processed in accordance with strict UK cosmetic safety standards and applicable policies/guidelines. We’re pleased to clarify that the packaging issue has now been resolved. If you still have concerns about your order, please contact our customer support team with your order details so we can review your case and provide you with the best possible assistance and options. 💗 We’re also sorry to hear that you had difficulty contacting us, and we sincerely apologize again for the delivery delay and confusion caused.
