Hey Marc, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration, especially if you believed your subscription had already been cancelled. When a cancellation is completed successfully, billing stops immediately, and a confirmation email is issued. If a charge has occurred after that point, it usually means the cancellation was completed after the billing cycle had already renewed. Access is also removed upon cancellation, as the service is tied directly to an active membership. That said, we are more than happy to review your account in detail to confirm exactly when the cancellation was processed and clarify the charge. Please reach out to us directly so we can investigate this properly and assist you further. Thanks, emanuals Team.

Hey James, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points about the free trial. The trial is designed to give users the opportunity to view manuals online before committing, and the session limits are clearly part of that structure to ensure fair use across the platform. The manuals themselves are provided by third-party suppliers. In many cases, navigation features such as indexes, bookmarks, and search functions are available, but this can vary depending on the manual's file format. We understand that working through large manuals can be challenging, especially within a limited session, and that is why full membership unlocks complete access, search functionality, and downloads, allowing users to work without restriction. We appreciate your feedback on clarity and usability, and we have noted it. If you would like help locating specific information within a manual more efficiently, our support team is always available to assist. Thanks, emanuals Team.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. Performance can vary depending on connection speed and device, especially when accessing large technical manuals, but we understand how frustrating it can feel when things aren't running smoothly. Regarding the trial, it remains free for the full duration and converts to a paid plan only if it is not canceled during that period. Once a membership becomes active, full access is granted, which is why charges apply in line with the terms agreed at signup. We can see that you have since canceled your membership, so no further billing will occur. If you are open to it, we would be happy to help optimize your access or guide you to the exact manuals you were trying to use, as many customers find the platform very efficient once set up correctly. Thanks, emanuals Team.
