Hey Judith, We take claims like this seriously, so it is important to respond clearly. Our system shows your membership was cancelled on 24 February 2026. There is no record of a cancellation in October. If a cancellation had been completed in October, billing would have stopped at that point. Our audit logs also show no access to the My Account or Membership section or our website in October where a cancellation would need to be completed. You mentioned receiving confirmation that your membership was cancelled in October. If that is the case, please forward the cancellation confirmation email you received at that time. We are more than willing to review it and, if valid, refund any charges made after that date - But you can't because you never received one otherwise it would be recorded in the audit log. Regarding communication, you contacted us on Tuesday at 6:21 pm and received a response at 6:26 pm the same day. We have continued to reply promptly. We do not operate a phone support line, which is clearly stated on our website. Email and chat are our official support channels, and we respond quickly through those. If you wish to dispute the charges with your card provider, we will provide them with the full account audit trail, including login history, cancellation records, and billing history. When you sign up, you are subscribing to access the full library, not purchasing a single file. That is explained during the signup process and in the confirmation emails sent to you. Our records show that five manuals were added and downloaded from your account. So this was not a case of one manual not being delivered. If you need to download them again, you can simply log back into your account and access them from your dashboard at any time while your membership is active. Regarding billing, subscriptions continue until you cancel them from within your account. We do not cancel memberships on behalf of customers, as you have full control over your plan. This ensures no one can interfere with your account without your consent. If you no longer wish to continue, you can cancel at any time from your account settings.
