Emblem AthleticReviews of emblemathletic.com

Best T-Shirt ordering experience I've ever had, hands down! Quality and clarity of designs were top tier, and I will 100% order more shirts from this company again! (edit: My review says "Invited" because I used the link they sent me via email, after I emailed them thanking Emblem Athletics for their quality product. In no way was I bribed or otherwise convinced to write this review. I have done so of my own volition and given my 100% honest evaluation.)

Ordered on feb 26th 2021 still nothing. I’ve have been given the “covid” and “changing vendors” excuse, or a small team excuse. Y’all have definitely bit off way more than you can chew. But yet you’re still advertising like you won’t take 6+ months to get someone’s SMALL order out. Absolutely outrageous. Also SUPER SUPER SUPER sus that all your “good reviews” are invited….

Our Higher HQ set up products here and sent us all to order shirts, etc. That was 8 months ago. It took 6 months for the 3 items I ordered to be delivered. The first was not even close to coyote brown and I sent it back. They send kitchy emails about coolness and all that, but 8 months after ordering they still haven't managed to produce the replacement shirt. My only assumption is that they are hoping we just go away, or they delay long enough somehow they just keep the $$ and move on. It's a t-shirt, not rocket science.. I have forbid anyone in my command from doing business with this company for anything associated with our unit. Avoid the frustration, go elsewhere. Update 11Aug21: Even though they found time to respond to this review, I have received no refund

I ordered some shirts in the beginning of March as samples for my unit commander. I have stayed patient up until I was told it would be delivered in late May or early June. This was not the case, I emailed the company and they said they had a vendor that didn't work out. It is so frustrating and frankly embarrassing that I stopped my unit from getting shirts elsewhere so we could support this business. I hate leaving bad reviews but this company has really bitten off more than they can chew. I hope their product is as good as they claim. They took my money in 30 seconds but have failed to deliver anything..... Update Received my gear, I will attest that the quality is phenomenal. Had some issues with some of the design but it was a misunderstanding. I would advise that before you place an order, ensure both sides understand exactly what you want so there is not confusion. The wait time is excruciating but the product is actually a different breed of quality for sure. very durable. I would have given 5 stars if the shipping time was not so terrible.

I placed an order 4 months ago and received nothing, no communication with updates of any kind. I had to reach out and every time I did I got a run around. I understand COVID had a part to play but their customer satisfaction is extremely poor. I typically don’t leave reviews like this but this is unsatisfactory and a direct reflection of the company and owner.

Absolute disappointment is all I can say. Emblem Athletic has obviously bitten off more than it can chew. I placed an order on January 21st, I received the automated email of oh we will need 4-6 weeks to make a product that you’ll actually love blah blah blah. So after 2 months I reached out asking for an update. The young lady responded back a it looks like your order will ship out mid April. So I waited for a product to show up until May. When nothing was sent out I emailed them again asking if they had any idea of where my order was. The young lady said she couldn’t tell me exactly where my order was at but rest assured it will be early June. So June rolls around and I still haven’t received my order, so again I ask where is my order and the response was due to covid we are behind. Covid has definitely changed a lot of everyday task and actions but how can covid cause a company to not fulfill an order of four shirts and a hoodie? Also they claim oh we are growing etc etc but in the email it states they are a small mom and pop shop. This company absolutely sucks, to their staff who doesn’t know where the order is at currently all the way to the stupid ass videos posted on Facebook of the pressure washer and the weed eater. How about you guys actually send products out in stead of making videos to post on Facebook about how great your product is? Also you say it will last a lifetime this may be true if you guys actually would send a product out.

Product is amazing. yes it took some time but the team kept me informed and everytime i would check on my product they’d respond asap. product came out great!

I waited 6 months for a shirt they never sent one I had to cancel my order, they did refund right away but the person I emailed was nice , she said she has no idear when they would make it , after 6 months really.
