Using their size guide. The ring arrived too big. I emailed them immediately and no reply in 4 days if not longer now. They have a phone number on the website - doesn't call out. Invalid. The chat is a robot that does not go to customer service. I returned the ring requesting a size down and sent it back, but they have no given any tracking since or any correspondence. I guess I'm down a ring and money. Scam company. They say try their FB messenger and surprise they don't reply.

Embr rings have a great look but are very poor quality. Mine separated the first time I took it off on the first week. Do not recommend this company. Don't waste your money

I bought this exact ring back in 2016 for my husband for his wedding ring. He is not a fan of diamonds. His ring was worn & rough from being on for the last 9.5yrs. I bought this purchase for his Christmas gift (his bday is 12/21, buying gifts is hard). I had it engraved ;) It was a tad more than when I bought it the 1st time but it was worth every penny. He was so happy & would have never bought it for himself. This is a great brand & quality is amazing.

Long comment but so worth it!!! This is an AWESOME company. My fiancé at the time had his finger sized but failed to tell me he had previously broken his ring finger yrs ago. I would have gotten a bigger size than what he said. So two days after our wedding his finger swole up badly and we had to get the ring off. Of course it was way past the alloted time for an exchange. Now I repurchased the ring in a bigger size. My husband lives in St. Lucia but I had to send it to a warehouse in Florida and then they ship it to St. Lucia. Ok so the address was 1708 but I put 1709 unknowingly and never received the package. I explained what happened and they re sent the ring!!! Will forever buy from them.

I ordered a Damascus steel ring. It showed up with an obvious flaw, and after only one day of wear was showing signs of scuffing. It’s clear the ring was not actual Damascus steel but some cheap knock off. The only positive about this experience is that the customer service was prompt and I did get a refund. Although I’m out shipping costs for a product that was clearly garbage.

Ring matched my wedding bands perfectly. The quality and price was just right! Since my man doesn’t wear his ring everyday due to work I didn’t want to spend a fortune and this was perfect. It’s classy and just right for special occasions

Great experience with the company. They are quick to respond. If you don’t know your size they send out a sizer for you. Just to make sure you get the correct one. If by chance you get the wrong size their exchange option is smooth too. Great ring. We love it and will buy more in the future. We recommend them to everyone.

EMBR had some of the best looking tungsten rings I could find online. From ordering to then having to resize, they were friendly and great. Their exchange portal and coming with a resize tool in each purchase made it easy to do. Would recommend EMBR to anyone in the market for quality rings.
