I had the absolute displeasure of meeting Mr Sutton recently and found him to be the rudest and most unprofessional individual I have come across in these type of interactions. At one moment during his tyraid of insults he mentioned he'd been a teacher of 16 years. I am not saying there is any connection but searching with this information delivered some interesting results. I would recommend everyone avoid.

I was in touch with Andrew after finding myself in need of assonance at work. He seems very helpful. I then informed him I could not afford the £100 fee up front but was still happy to join and pay monthly understanding he may not be able to assist with the current issue but wanting to join as he had provided good advice. I paid him and then no response to emails, nothing. A Google search will quickly show you about Andrews sketchy past and a clear wrong un! Stay away!

Andrew is so rude!!! My goodness!!! I seeked help on my husband's behalf and ended up being spoken to in such a rude manner through an email. This is someone who is meant to support people that have work issues? I wish I had read the reviews before emailing. I'm gobsmacked!

I received a phone call from Andrew Sutton today. He was rude and aggressive, after only a few minutes of talking to me he lost patience and ended the call. He admitted he had not read all the paperwork I had sent him. If I had read the reviews before I emailed Empower I would not have bothered. Anyone reading this please be advised by these reviews and don't contact Andrew Sutton.

I am gob-smacked to read other’s reports of dealings with this union that match my own. My legal case has been seriously compromised through my experience with the union, where contradictory advice was given, there were delays in following up and then a total denial of past facts in terms of my exchanges with AS. His explosion of anger and verbal attack was astounding, and when I tried to raise a complaint, it was dismissed by Noel Talag. I was left compromised, and would strongly discourage anyone from dealing with them.

Terrible man, Andrew Sutton. He couldn't be bothered to read my information. Came back with half-truths and insults. Blocked him forever. ACAS should bring him to task.

Andrew Philip Sutton is a bully hiding behind his lap top, not a nice man, he invents information and convinces himself its all true, very weird, thought I was communicating with a child so I had to google him to make sure he was an adult, very interesting read, yes he's an adult but not a very nice one!!!!
