Spoke with agent Mercy who was very kind and professional, she was able to get us a cheap ticket at the last minute. She took her time to answer all our questions diligently in a way we understood. This will be the second time she’s bailing us from the crazy fare prices we got every other place. We will continue to deal with her. Ask for Mercy!

Great Airline Agent
The agent was respectful and knowledgeable, knows what she was doing. Very educative and gave me all the options to help me get what I wanted. She did answer all my questions to the best of her knowledge. Very great agent and will recommend her to friends and family.
