Traveling with the Bucket List team was like arriving to a family. I could not have been more impressed with how they took us in and within hours it was like we were old friends! Connor Carla and Toby will forever be apart the stories that we tell our future generations. I'm forever grateful. My Advice.... Book the trip! Make the Run! You will not Regret it!

When I realized that we would be in Munich following our riverboat cruise I started checking out Oktoberfest options. We booked with Bucket List Events and WOW did they deliver. Hotel selections with a variety of price points, packages to suit your needs and very polite responses to my assorted email questions. The BLE team on the ground in Munich met up with the guests, explained everything in advance as we walked about 7 minutes to the Oktoberfest grounds. They are super aware of what's going on and stayed engaged with guests throughout the evening. The small and large tents are completely different experiences. We loved the small tent and closed the evening there. In the big tent we left after dinner and walked around the Oktoberfest grounds in the early twilight and enjoyed the beauty and the history of Oktoberfest. It was a great experience!

I organized a Bachelor Party to Oktoberfest Munich through Bucket List Events and the experience was 100% FIVE STAR. From the outstanding support through planning and corralling all the participants from the US and UK; to the airport pick-ups, the excellent hotel (and location) through navigating the tent events, the experience was incredible. Huge Thank you to Connor, Toby, Cassidy and all the AMAZINGLY INFORMATIVE & FUN Tour Guides who not only led us to the events but stayed out and celebrated with us, we couldn't have had a better time. I highly recommend going to Oktoberfest Munich and using Bucket List Events.

Our family booked a three-night stay with Bucket List Events for the Running of the Bulls in Pamplona this past July, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the team’s exceptional customer service and attention to detail made us feel as though we were the only guests they were hosting. Every interaction was personal, thoughtful, and focused on making our trip truly unforgettable. Bucket List Events gave us far more than access to an iconic event—they created an in-depth experience that brought the region to life. We learned about the history of Pamplona and San Sebastián, experienced the culture of the city, and enjoyed incredible food along the way. The team’s knowledge, enthusiasm, and hospitality added so much depth to the trip and made it special for our entire family. My son and I were thrilled to check the Running of the Bulls off our bucket list—and we are already talking about returning to run again. The staff, the event, and the level of service separate Bucket List from any other event organizer we have used. This was our second event and we are looking for a third. Two events and a lifetime of memories. If you’ve ever considered Oktoberfest, go Bucket List.

Connor and Everyone at Bucket List made the Blanktoberfest 2026 amazing. The beer tent experiences and our host Calvin made it memorable for our whole group. From the scheduled tours to the hotels both in Munich and Salzburg Bucket List made it super easy for our group of 10.

I have experienced Oktoberfest in Munich four times with Bucket List Events, and I would never consider attending Oktoberfest without them! The hotels they offer are very comfortable, well maintained, and extremely convenient. We have stayed at both their 3-star and 4-star options, and enjoyed our stays at each of them. The BLE staff are all professional, knowledgeable and personable. The events that are included with the BLE package, from the 'Welcome Dinner', the night in the big beer tent, and the additional tours offered are all a first class experience. Most of all, Bucket List Events handles all of the significant details, allowing you to enjoy everything without the stress of getting tickets to the tents, worrying about the logistics of airport transfers, getting to where you need to be, etc. I highly recommend Bucket List Events to any friends or fellow travelers considering using them for any of their destinations, and I would not hesitate to use them again for any future trips.
