Good Product - lousey customer service

Placed order in morning of Wed May 11. Website displayed message that order was accepted. Expected an email acknowledging that the order was being processed along with shipping information. Later that day, still nothing from them confirming the order, so sent them a message asking for info about my order. Again, no response. Also, when the order was "accepted" there was no indication at checkout as to when, how or how long it would take to deliver the order. Searched all over the website looking for shipping info and eventually found it buried in the T&C section where it said that orders are normally fulfilled within 48 hours. Every other website I've used for online orders has shipping info available when you check out. So on May 12 and 13, I tried probably 25 times throughout both days to contact them using their customer service number and every single time I got a busy signal. Finally, on Sunday 5/15, I got an email saying that the order had been shipped, along with shipping information. Clearly, the level of communication between them and me, the customer, was below par. I will probably give them one more chance, but if the communication isn't much better, I will take my business elsewhere.

Dear Art, We really appreciate your feedback, we are trying to improve our systems and processes for all our customers. We send an email to every customer after they complete their purchase. This is automatic but for some people this message ends up in their spam folder. For some email providers these messages are removed before they get into a customers inbox and don't even end up in the spam folder. If you are ordering from us for the first time, your email provider might not recognise our email address like it would for big companies like Amazon.com Our logistics is excellent for most locations. For some US states this means shipping has to be done manually hence the delay between ordering and getting your shipping confirmation email . Some carriers give us a delivery date and others don't we are trying to fix this and are aware of the problem. The issue regarding your communication with our company is not acceptable and we will be investigating exactly what happened. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Our popularity has grown rapidly over the past year, and we are putting in place a better customer support system so these issues don't arise in the future. Warmest regards Endoca Customer Care.

Thank you Mother Nature!!
My wife has suffered from daily headaches and migraines since contracting Rocky Mountain spotted fever from a tick. We have been to many doctors and she was taking all kinds on prescriptions for the headaches and migraines for years, these left her doped up and she slept all the time. Her quality of life was pitiful. I purchased this after continuing years of searching for something that would help, and it does! She started taking it and by the next day no headache or migraines!!!

Did not help at all!
Very expensive and it did not even take the edge off the amount of pain I am in. Bone on bone in both hips with cysts in the right one. Maybe for some lesser pain it might work but not if you have severe chronic pain!

UPDATE : Hi Dmitry, Like I said in my previous email we will make this up to you. If sending back the oil to us in inconvenient please feel free to just take a photo of the bottles so we can check the batch numbers and expiry dates and track this back to it’s source. The oil you received is still within it’s expiry date and is not dangerous in any way like you suggest. We leave a large margin between expiry date and when the oil would actually lose it’s full potency We will ship you replacements straight away. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we will be doing everything in our powers to fix it. UPDATE : We are sorry for this mistake. Please send the unopened oil back to us and we will ship fresh CBD oil to you. Dear Dmitry, Your shipment has been sent by DHL. According to DHL "the shipment is in Cyprus and ready for pick up (recipient has been informed)" we have emailed you the tracking number. Quick and reliable
I finally found pain relief and a company which sells it. Have used Endoca twice and both times I was notified of both their receipt of my order and their mailing of same. It came within a week's time and I have nothing but praise for the company,.

Not sure yet if it helps
I've got chronic neck pain from arthritis and bulging discs. Desperate for some relief, and am terrified of opiates, and terrified of getting high. The 3% CBD oil arrived in a matter of days. I started up-titrating yesterday, with 3 drops at first, then four hours later 6 drops, and today 10 drops. So far I feel absolutely nothing. Will probably try 12 tomorrow, then go up to 15 six hours after that if I still feel no relief, no change. I wonder if I am doing this right?

Dear Jujube, For the issues you describe you need a higher strength CBD product. Our 3% oil contains 300mg of CBD, its a milder product intended for first time CBD users who are unsure how CBD will affect them. We would suggest you try our 15% Oil that contains 1500 mg of CBD and continue the same method of up titration. Each person responds to CBD differently, it can depend on a number of factors and the severity of the condition you are trying to treat.
