ordered 6 belimo damper actuators just before shelter in place mandate. ups could not deliver them because my school was closed except fot essential workers so they were returned. energy control shipped them to my residence with no extra shipping cost. granted it wasnt a 6 ton airconditioner but they were able to accomodate me likely due to the smaller size of the parts.

I deal with this company on a weekly basis. We have never had an issue. We would prefer more companies to be as efficient and easy to deal with as Energy Controls.

I purchased equipment from their site. The equipment said it was in stock, ready to ship. I paid, three days later I got an email saying my products were on backorder for 3 weeks, and there was no offer for a solution. Now my project is about a month behind, and no one will return my emails.
