The general billing and support of engage is great but Brian specifically is amazing. I have been with engage for over 3 years, with a lot of competing offers being present since then, however I know I can count on Brian day or night. Brian is flexible, provides constructive recommendations and always follows through. Engage is a great company but if you are able to request Brian I would highly recommend it.

So far, Engage has done the best you can expect from them. They never abandoned you. They are always ready to help you more than you personally think. Because they have gone above and beyond in others to make you certify, hence, "the company Outdazzle them all." I will always recommend the company to whoever wants their services. Update *** This company has tried everything to have this review taken down. But the truth hurts and it’s my right to warn people about certain individuals within this company. A simple Apology would have been nice but no one’s reached out, maybe they’ve fired that “Rep Manager mean Representative Manager. Who knows. But regardless, when a Customer cancels and wants to leave the company good customer service is still making sure there way out is smooth. If customers as myself is needing access to collect emails and other data. Allow us, it's simply called “Good Customer Service”. Anyway my review below; I was with engage for a little over a year. Things were fine. As my company is growing, I needed simple charts which I actually made for the site but the quality of the website made the page look blurry. So I was always asking for request to make there software work for me, I am a monthly paying former client. I hired a seo team from a different company and they told me that Duba a software for engage wasn’t connecting well with seo. So seo wouldn’t be as effective. So I decided to cancel with engage a whole 5 days prior to my next billing date. I was told to contact billing to put in my cancellation, the Rep Manager is the guy that actually replied to me, He told me that they were in the process of already closing my account and that they couldn’t service my account?! To be exact, what he wrote me is below; “Thank you for your email. We were in the process of closing out your account due to the volume of requests. We can no longer serve your account.” What kind of company does that? Imagine cancelling with a company thinking your in good terms and things are fine then they say they were already closing your account?!! This is the first time I’ve been treated this way. I would assume company’s would ask what happen. What went wrong and nothing was asked. I thought The rep manager was down right rude because I was cancelling already so the fact that they were priorly trying to get rid of me was a wake up call. It made me even more happier I was leaving, the hosted email they gave me wasn’t the best either. But again I worked with it. Upon me cancelling my assistant was trying to call the Rep Manager to make sure I can have everything transferred over and the Rep Manager refused to take his calls and actually told me he didn’t need to talk to my assistant. The Rep Manager finally spoke with my assistant and I was sad to hear that Rep Manager was rude, to my assistant and kept on interrupting him and not letting him speak. My assistant asked for a little bit more time to have the emails transferred and the Rep Manager out right said no. He made it a point to continue to let me know the 17th everything would be stopped, the amount of disrespect was surreal. But it got worse. The Rep Manager messed up the account by not letting my new team recover my emails. It usually takes 5 mins to transfer the emails, This Rep Manager should have provided us with the EPP but he choose not too, and then he said he return my domain to Godaddy which was a lie. My new team called Godaddy and had the domain transferred to my new website. Now my new team has access to the domain, they recovered it. And transferred and recovered the emails without This Rep Manager assistance. To be honest people, I had a good experience for a year with Engage. I first heard of this Rep Manager 3 days ago, But management should do better with who who they put in charge with dissatisfied customer and in there company period. I wouldn’t recommend this company due to my experience with Rep Manager. I felt the need to tell my experience. Thanks.
