The land portion suffered from a poor…
The land portion suffered from a poor tour director and a weak itinerary. I already sent more detailed comments to OVC.

Iceland/Norway
The trip and its related destinations were great. Our tour "host" was not personable nor very helpful and knowlegable of our destinations. Had issues with bus pick-ups in Iceland and at Garwick in England.

WE loved the land portion of our recent…
WE loved the land portion of our recent South Africa EJ Left Jan 31st. Amenda our guide was phenominal! Kind/ patient and very accomadating. The Cruise was not very good at all through Azamara. We left Feb 9th. We found the food bland. The staff on board were excellent. It was the itinerary that was poor. Very poor choice of ports and safety was issue eapecially in Durbin. Cannot figure why this cruise was [aired with the land portion.

The tours were too long
The tours were too long. the first one was 12 hrs on the bus and the second one was 11 hours on the bus . this was due to traffic. We are sorry we did not see many of the scenes that are advertised. we did not see any nice places with the clear water and lovely flora. At least one of these places would have been nice. The trip to the orchid gardens was wonderful.

We never took this enrichment journey…
We never took this enrichment journey because I had a medical issue. It’s been a little over eight weeks and I still haven’t received any information about non-refundable fees or costs, so that I can give them to my insurance company for a refund.

A Sales Manager reached out today and has confirmed receipt of the letter and was advised you were able to move forward with the insurance company in filing your claim.
