My name is Adam, and I’m the new CEO here at Envelopes.com. I wanted to take a moment to share why I’m posting this note on Trustpilot. I know you have countless options when it comes to where you shop, and the fact that you’ve chosen to trust us really means a lot. We don’t take that lightly. Behind every order is someone’s brand, business, or project — something personal and important — and we want to be a partner in helping it look its best. Customer satisfaction isn’t a campaign for us; it’s the point of what we do. My job is to make sure that trust is earned every single time. If you’ve had a great experience with us, I’d be grateful if you shared it here. And if there’s ever something we can do better, please let us know. You can always reach out to us directly, and we’ll do our best to make it right. We read every review and use it to do our best for you. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be part of what you’re creating. I hope we get to do it again soon. — Adam AdelmanCEO, Envelopes.comUPDATED October 1, 2025

I ordered 9.5x6 envelopes. They sent 5 3/4x 8 3/4 envelopes in a different stock weight than described. Their return policy charges customers a 25% restocking fee, and you have to pay for return shipping. They literally charge customers for mistakes made by the company. Do not use.

First, no invoice with prices. To my recollection, I ordered a lot more

Hi Antonio, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your experience. I sincerely apologize for the delays and understand how disappointing and frustrating it must have been to see your expected ship date continue to change. This is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide our customers, and I'm truly sorry that we let you down in this instance. Your order has now shipped out today and is expected to arrive tomorrow. While I know that doesn't undo the inconvenience you've experienced, I hope it brings some peace of mind knowing your order is finally on its way. We truly appreciate your patience throughout this process. Since you have my direct email address, please don't hesitate to reach out anytime if you have any questions or concerns. I'll be more than happy to personally assist you however I can. Warm regards, Elizabeth Customer Support Manager

This is the first time I've been disappointed with the product I received. There ink smudges on each envelope and part of the envelope closure lines are in the print job. I will be exploring a refund or credit as I can't use these.

After 5 years of suffering through Envelopes.com's poor customer service, incorrect availability, delayed (or cancelled) shipping, faulty products, I will never use them again. Steer clear of them and their parent company and sister companies. Especially if your order is time sensitive. (time sensitive meaning, "I need these blank envelopes next week").

(3/6/26) I had to go through the process about six times of setting up the envelopes, and then it forced me to sign in but then not let me sign in and not let me reset my password. Once I went through your customer service to get it reset and I signed in, it kept dropping the items in my cart. Then I ordered two different sets of envelopes, and when I submitted the order, it only ordered one set. I reached out to customer service, and then, miraculously, it submitted the second order. After several days and several contacts with customer service, the order was submitted on Feb 17. I received one of the items early last week and am still waiting on the second item, which still says it is processing. Today, two and a half weeks later, I received an email stating that my envelopes actually cost $610.02 now, so I owe an additional $292.82. Also during the process, I received an email from the CEO Adam, asking to leave this review and saying to reach out to him personally with any feedback. I did email him and explained the situation, and he never responded.

Hello Erin! I am truly sorry for the experience you had and for the frustration it caused. What you described is not the level of service we want any of our customers to experience. We are very sorry that our earlier emails regarding the order were not received sooner. We are currently reviewing this on our end to understand why those messages may not have reached you. In some cases, email providers may filter messages to spam depending on individual email settings. We always do our best to ensure our emails are delivered properly and do not get filtered. I'm glad we did speak regarding this matter, and I want to mention again how much we regret that your experience did not reflect the service we strive to provide. Your feedback is extremely important to us, as it helps us identify where we need to improve both our website experience and our communication with customers. If you ever decide to give us another opportunity in the future, please feel free to reach out to me directly. I would be more than happy to personally assist you and ensure that the process is smooth and straightforward. Elizabeth, Customer Support Manager

First and foremost is the fact that they printed an error in the zip code of the the return address on the envelope. There were only 4 numbers. Every zip code in the US has five numbers. Why didn't they proof their work? I was told that they print what the customer types. Even if I had made a mistake which I do not know that I did they should have seen that the zip code was incomplete and looked it up. It also took a very long time to receive my order. I will never use them again.
