I've been an Envision Security customer for approximately one year now and couldn't be happier with the service. I have a new born daughter at home and it provides us with security and safe feeling knowing we are protected. The company is quick with response through email, text, and calls. In addition, the thermostat control using your smart phone is extremely useful to help us save electricity when we're home or when we're gone.

I was open to other security options, but Envision stood out with options and service. I was very happy with the initial contact and service but after I said yes and agreed, things did not work out to what I had been promised. I was told that I would have auto pay set up by my rep. This never happened and I have had a problems with my account ever since. I was told that it would be set up on auto pay and although I provided my full and complete banking account information it was never implemented at all. I was willing to pay more for service but now I'm not so sure that was a good ideal. I would like to renegotiate my contract because Envision did not hold up their end of the bargain by not setting up the auto and now my account is in arrears every month. Please note I would have giving a 5 start rating if envision held up their end of the bargain, but I have to give a 2.5 to 3 star rating only! This is due to poor administrative practices and broken promises. Also, make sure you get everything in writing especially the terms of the agreement. I was with the understanding that i would be a 2 year contact, but when I was about to finalized the deal and the rep had put down 5 year contact. When I complained about the difference I was told they couldn't honor a 2 year agreement, but they would honor a 3 year agreement. Wow! Could it get any better than this?

Having ENVISION Security is the best. It's so easy to use. I can activate and deactivate through my phone. Just loving it.

Since receiving the security system, we have had more comfort in being away from our home. The option of arming and disarming the alarm on our mobile devices while away is a plus. If you forget to arm the system you can just tap the app and arm it same if you have someone showing up (family) you can disarm the system without being there. The big plus is the camera that we placed at the front door. My front doors are wood and glass and I like knowing who is at the door before my sillhoute shows through and the camera allows me to touch the app, hit the "video" button and see who is there. Then I can open the door or just let them leave. I love It! The service has been very responsive, but not many calls to date.

First time home owners and we definitely trusted Envision for the security of our home. They are professional and would truly recommend this service to anyone. Promptly response when we had an emergency a few months ago. Thank you for everything :)

This is my first home security that I have purchased and it works well. The broken glass sensor if very sensitive but I deal with it. The entire purposes to get the system was great from the sales rep to the install personnel. The reason why I give this product three stars is because I wad told that the monitoring personnel will contact the local PD for response when ever the system sounded but I was not told that there are areas that don't do that and of course I live in one of those areas so sometimes I am not satisfied with my home security purchase. Make sure that you at least read the entire contract before you sign it.

I decided to change my security system after being charged $25 by ADT to come look at there equipment that was malfunctioning. Also it took over a week for them to have availability. The sales representative was extremely nice explained everything best part no hidden fees. I haven't had any problems. Their equipment is nice touch screen and easy to use. Very happy with their service! Thank u for making my family feel safe. What I liked the most my sales representative never made me feel pressured or harassed to buy their products like other companies.

Always wanted a security system. A salesman came to my door one afternoon and he was very good at explaining the system and they installed the next day. Installer was very professional also. Took less than an hour. System is very easy to use, and it works very well. I recommend this system to anyone and the price is right!
