What made it great was that there was an error in getting the correct amount of coins and as soon as I asked for help they were on it. Within 5 minutes of the problem it was fixed with no hassle! This is the first company not to give me the run around. It is greatly appreciated.

idk, I signed up, completed my KYC, both like 4 or 5 packages (used my personal debit card obv in my name), and was able to submit 850 redemption...submitted Thursday July 9th, today is Sunday July 12, still waiting for update. 09-07-2026 7:55 PM Transaction ID: FYN...40 Date Submitted: 09-07-2026 7:55 PM still waiting for it to be approved.... if it goes through or I encounter any issues I will update this review. UPDATE: Received the redemption following Monday, one thing tho, beware of processing fees, so i ended up getting 830something instead of 850. besides that, no complaints...hope ut stays like this.

Thanks for the update! We’re glad your redemption arrived and everything went smoothly overall. We also appreciate you mentioning the processing fee—we understand how important it is for the final amount to be clear before submitting. Thanks for giving us a shot, and we hope your experience continues to be a good one.

Fast redemption . First time playing this site . Purchased a coin package for 19.99 received 40 sc. Won little bit on first couple slots . Then hit a big win of 998.00 and redeemed . Had my winnings the next morning. Wish they had option to redeem for virtual gift cards but I'm sure they will sometime later on.

My whole experience was great! The only issue was me messing up my selfie with the verification process and having to wait 72 hours before trying again. Other than that the live support was quic and easy and when I wanted a live agent, I was connected with Henry who was the most helpful agent ive ever experienced on any platform. He was quic to respond, and soo helpful with any and everything I needed!!! Im beyond impressed, nd will continue to play on this platform! Thanks Henry for a pleasant 1st time experience!!
