Epic Will was created, not because the world needed another online estate planning company, but because we know how important it is to ensure everyone, young and elderly, can tell their epic story and provide safety and security for their loved ones throughout every chapter of their life. Epic Will is an online early estate planning service that allows you to create a simple and affordable legally binding Will specific to your state in as little as 5 minutes for less cost than a trip to Target. We’re not going to try and hook you every year with ongoing fees, trap you in a non-customized Trust (to line our pockets), or make you pay for ongoing updates. For one cost, you'll get an Advance Directive, Health Care Power of Attorney, Financial Power of Attorney, and HIPAA release. Plus, we offer FREE updates for life so you can update your story anytime you start a new chapter. It is our pleasure to meet you and work with you on creating YOUR story.

If you have any complexities such as a trust or disinheriting someone, online wills are probably not the way to go. That said, Epic Will is an easy to use website that walks you through the process step by step. It is very good for simple and straightforward wills. Ultimately I was not able to use it but not because of a problem with the product itself. The company worked with me to understand my challenge and issued me a full refund.

I love the idea and was able to begin the process to pass it onto my husband. In the meantime, we adjusted our financial plans and found that this WILL was not set up for the TRUST we needed to do what we wanted for our grandchildren. That being said, the only flaw I see is that there was a week of "technical difficulties" that kept me from retrieving my password to log in, initially. The refund process was fast and efficient and the people were very friendly! Maybe down the road, there will be specific programs for the various states... Thank you!

Like many others this product didn't work for me. I have a blended family and a common but slightly more complicated situation. I'm planning on just seeing an attorney. I requested a refund via the customer service email address and received a response in less than an hour with proof of refund. Five stars for that. If you are single or married with only kids from your current marriage than this might work for you.

No flexibility. Don’t use unless you’re doing a very standard cookie cutter will. Even then you may have issues. I couldn’t complete mine and I’m seeking a refund

Easy to follow and fill out forms

Easy to use website. A good place to get you thinking about the inevitable and to actually do something about it. Received timely response from Shanna to questions that I had. Would definitely recommend Epic Will.

Easy to use. No unintellegable legal jargon to stumble through. Quick and painless.

Although Epic Will didn’t fit my family’s needs, the customer support and quick response (I’d like to especially send a shout out to Shanna!) made working with them a breeze. That being said, my mother and father have used Epic Will and I would recommend it to anyone as a first step in estate planning.
