ePower GoReviews of epowergo.com

I never received my order and after a month and an half I asked for a refund and never received the refund! I had to open a dispute to get the money back! I will never buy again from them!

I never received my order. Customer service phone number does not work. It’s been about 6 weeks and they have not sent me and communication.

Do not use this company. I ordered a EcoFlow Glacier, the site said “selling fast, 15 available”. So I received a call, they state it wasnt in warehouse yet. When i emailed today, the order was cancelled, but no refund was issued. There was no reasoning or explanation. I had to file a claim with my Credit Card company to start a refund claim. Just dont understand, if you dont have the product, dont sell the product.

The EGO mower has plenty of power and makes cutting the lawn easy. Delivery arrived sooner than expected.

Honestly I was expecting delays based on her online stores but this came in under a week. Heavent had a chance use it match yet but everything look solid. Would buy again.
