Your results remain securely stored in your client portal, and our customer support team would be happy to help you regain access if you’re unable to locate them. It’s also important to understand that a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis and a blood test evaluate different biological samples and are not expected to produce identical results. Blood mineral levels are tightly regulated by the body and if your magnesium levels are low or high it is a signal for a serious medical condition - whereas a hair analysis measures minerals deposited and excreted into the hair over time. The same Minerals & Metals Test is the same type used by NASA, the FBI, and in numerous PubMed studies. Your test also includes a complimentary health coaching call specifically so an experienced coach can walk you through your results, explain these differences, and answer your questions. We totally understand your frustration, however I want to assure you that we respond to every email the same day (9am - 9pm EST Monday - Friday). It is very possible our emails to you are going to spam, so please do check your spam or junk folder. We ship over 50,000 labs around the world each year and pride ourselves on customer service and care. For more than 26 years, our mission has been to help people improve their health. We take the accuracy of every test, and the trust placed in us very seriously. It’s also important to understand that a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis and a blood test examine different biological samples and should not be expected to produce identical results. Blood testing measures what is circulating at the time of collection, while hair analysis measures minerals incorporated into the hair over time. Differences in sample type, testing methodology, and reference ranges can therefore produce different findings. Hair analysis is also used in numerous peer-reviewed studies indexed on PubMed.
