Wont use this company again
Update never received a new bag from the first one being messed up with in a day then after i went an bought another i was denied a refund wont use this company again

I just want to follow up on this review, we did sent out a replacement and tracking shows that it was delivered, this matter is being investigated and we will follow up with the customer directly.

I would like to say they have great…
I would like to say they have great customer service, just starting off. My package was lost, they kept in contact in a timely manner and sent out a new item for me. Def impressed with the product. I had gotten a book bag, also I have bought the Cvault containers as well love the product and service
