They spent more quality time onboarding me and getting my up front fee than they did with a poor Facebook ad campaign. They did not listen, they did not pay attention, and they cost me more money and wasted time. When I complained and demanded performance according to their contract, they vanished. Avoid this company.

Posted an ad on UpWork for video editing a short 90 second clip. I contacted Ethan on Friday and was told I would receive the clip on Friday same day. I got the clip the next day on Saturday and provided feedback for some small revisions. I didn't get the final version until Monday night. While I hoped to get it up and running earlier on the weekend for my portfolio site, I didn't manage to get it up on my site until Monday evening. Quality of work and communication was great, but I would have hope to get it sooner. I'd still work with them in the future. Thank you!
