Amazing customer service! There were issues with my ticket the French Open. Upon arriving in Paris I messaged ESeats and immediately got a response. Over the following 2 hours they were available to talk and continue to message while the issue was being resolved. This was happening in the wee hours of the morning for them. No problem at all, great communication, and willing to help. I had purchased a ground pass and given the issues they upgraded me to premium seats in the stadium.

Bought resale tickets for the French Open at Roland Garros in 2024. The RG website says not to buy from Eseats so I was a little worried. I shouldn’t have been. The tickets were legit, very good seats, and delivered in the timeframe specified. The company was good about reassuring me in the meantime! Definitely not a scam and I would use them again.

Eseats.com took care of us when we it really counted! The day before we were scheduled to go to Roland Garros, we hadn’t received our tickets. Turns out there was an administrative error which happens. I rang up the owner and within an hour or so, as I sat along the Seine (literally) I got a call from Bob (the owner) explaining what had happened, and how he was going to fix it. I’d been pretty stressed I’ll admit. He went out on the open market and purchased two tickets that were an upgrade over the original tickets we’d purchased, just to make sure we were taken care of. Problem solved and then some! Thank you! We had an amazing experience at the French Open!
