It worked and my wife is in Phoenix with her Iphone which is working OK with T-mobile. My one criticism is that I bought a 28 day plan and wanted to extend by a few days. One can only extend for another 30 days, this not at all flexible and requires me to purchase more than I need.

Dear D.F. Glad the connection is working well in Phoenix! Regarding extensions, our packages are pre-configured based on local carrier network allocations, which limits custom daily top-ups. For flexible stays, we recommend our daily-unlimited plans next time, allowing you to choose the exact number of days needed. We appreciate this valuable feedback as we constantly work with partners to optimize package flexibility. Best Regards, Josh

Bought this for a trip to France. Worked great for Data, but couldn’t get to work for making phone calls while in Country. Service people said the ESim does not allow calls to Land line. Not as simple to activate when arrived in country as the physical eSim card we installed in my wife’s cell. Data purposes I had lots of GB FOR 9 day trip. Useless for cell calls.

Dear B, Thank you for sharing your journey! We're glad our data kept you well-connected in France. Regarding calls, this plan does support voice services, it seems we didn't hear from the supplier regarding to the specific landline blocking by French carriers. We've dropped an email to you regarding to the issue and let's see if there's any further steps we could do to get it solved. Best Regards, Josh

It was useless. No help total waste. My wife and I just went back to the Verizon travel plan. It worked fine and we could use our same number.

Dear G.A. We hear your frustration. While our eSIMs generally provide seamless connectivity, local carrier signal coverage, device frequency band compatibility, or specific APN settings can sometimes cause unexpected network interference. We would appreciate the opportunity to investigate the specific local network variables at your destination. Please contact our support team with your order details so we can look into this matter further. Best Regards, Josh

It took a day - but with help I managed to get it working.

Dear T. We hear your urgency and understand this is frustrating. Dear C.C., Hey there! We are absolutely thrilled that our eSIM gave you a completely drama-free connection! We strongly believe in saving the drama for your favorite binge-worthy streaming shows, definitely not for your travel data.
