Thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback. We sincerely apologize that our customer service experience and installation guide did not meet your expectations. We understand the importance of staying connected while traveling, and we also recognize that our responses were not clear enough—this is indeed an area we need to improve immediately.
We have now reviewed our customer support process to ensure that every user receives complete and clear answers. Regarding the use of eSIM, we recommend that customers complete the installation before departure to avoid potential installation failures caused by unstable public networks. Once the installation is completed, simply follow the instructions to activate, and the eSIM will automatically be activated when you arrive at your destination.
Please note that network services must be connected to the signal of a local telecom operator in order to function. Therefore, if you are on a cruise ship, the limited signal sources may cause unstable connections or make the service unavailable. At present, we only provide online customer support and do not yet offer phone support, but as long as the basic settings are correct, there should generally be no problem in usage. The signal quality, however, depends on the coverage of the local telecom provider, which may vary according to local infrastructure.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for your unpleasant experience, and thank you for your feedback, which will help us continuously improve and provide better service.
Wishing you all the best,💓💓
