My first esim worked well in egypt but the rest did not work at all. However the customer chat service were really helpful they refunded the amount to my wallet and told me not to purchase any esim until they check with the related mobile companies why it is not working in Egypt but they did not update me with any of the updates and i still don't know why.

Original review is below. Subsequently, I proved to the company that their eSIM was being throttled back to 4G despite it being advertised as a 5G service. I did this by purchasing another eSIM and ran both services side by side from the same location. The company has now refunded my purchase and apologised. But it took hours of my time before they believed me. Like all suppliers, their first thought is that the customer is mistaken. They cannot conceive that their service is at fault. They claimed that their underlying supplier was at fault, but we purchase from them, so they are responsible for ensuring that we get what we paid for. Despite getting my money back, I have changed providers and easily found one where true 5G service is the norm. So the poor retail client needs to be careful - even when we check the details, our experience can be problematic. ——————————————————————————— Bought a Europe esim plan which advertised 5G connectivity. Underlying provider is Orange in France. I am in France in a large city and can only get 4G connectivity. I have checked all iPhone settings with the help of Claude. I have tried for half a day to get a proper response from their Esimcard without resolution. I believe my plan is limited to 4G maximum despite all documentation promising 5G. Seems like false advertising.

For the first time your esim was not working well for us. We bought 2 of them. Teribble conection in the city of Milano. And I hvae recharged my account in euro and it was not visible. Shame on you all.

It was good part of kind of laggy And sometimes I didn't receive notifications , but for the' good Work pretty well.

I used trustpilot to make a complaint and eSIM card immediately contacted me to try to leave a positive feedback. Problem solved ! Thank you ! I used this company as my search indicated this company is top 10 in eSIMs . But I have just arrived in Japan used my eSIM for 30 min or less and not working anymore . Had contacted customer support saying I have used the entire packaged . My packed was suggested for 15 days 10GB in Japan . How could I have used all this data in less than 30 min . My usage was only searching for hotel directions from the Narita airport. Never again

Just like one other recent reviewer, I went to their website esimcard.com to try to buy an esim card for Mexico. All went well, I entered my Visa card details and approved the payment in the relevant app on my phone, then their website said "Server Error 500" with no indication of what had gone wrong. I assumed that I should try again - same result. So I contacted their help system and found I had purchased TWO identical cards. They agreed to refund one. I can't see that in my Visa card account yet but it may have gone through. The installation process for the remaining card was much more complicated then when I have purchased an esim before from another company - you get a QR code on your phone screen which you then have to scan - which means sending it to another device with a screen for the camera to work. All very messy. I don't know whether this will work when I get to Mexico, but the purchase rigmarole is already putting me off.
