Let's say what didn't make it a great…
Let's say what didn't make it a great experience? Id recommend Eskute US and Trust Pilot to everyone. It was easy ordering it and it was delivered on time. My son assembled it with zero problems. He put it on charge and before I knew it he was off on his first ride with his sleek eye catching Eskute ebike. He said it was the absolute best gift he's ever received. I do believe it's the best gift I ever gave as well. He's loving every mile of it!!! Thanks again Eskute

Battery life isn’t consistent
Battery life isn’t consistent. Some days it’s fine, other days it drains quickly. Makes it hard to rely on for daily use.

Dear Customer, We’re sorry to hear that the battery performance hasn’t been consistent and understand how frustrating that can be for daily use. Could you please let us know your bike model so we can assist you more accurately? Battery range can vary depending on several factors such as rider weight, assist level, throttle usage, terrain, and temperature. However, if the battery is draining unusually fast, it may indicate an issue. Please feel free to contact the ESKUTE support team directly — we’ll be happy to check this for you and arrange a battery replacement if needed. We’re here to help and will do our best to get this resolved for you. Best regards, ESKUTE Support Team

Excellent customer service
This company went above and beyond to assist in getting my bicycle up and running again. Their customer service is 100% along with their helpfulness, knowledge and general willingness to rectify your problem. Luckily, the bike was still under warranty but this does not take away from the fact that they are a top class business to work with.

QLifeBike
The bike looked great online, but in reality it feels a bit cheap. Some parts were loose and needed fixing right away. Customer service responds, but they don't really solve anything.

The ride is okay
The ride is okay , but not as smooth as advertised. I expected better performance for the price. It's not terrible, just disappointing.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the ride did not feel as smooth as expected. Could you please let us know a bit more about what you mean by “not as smooth”? For example, is it related to the suspension, motor assistance, or general riding comfort? Tires are an odd size
Great bike, but they use a really odd tire that no one stocks. Took one to a bike shop and they said sorry, good luck. After searching online I finally found tires and tubes, but disappointed that nobody makes a puncture resistant tube for this size that I have found. Other than that it is a good bike for the money.

Dear Customer, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we truly regret that our service did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it must be to deal with tire issues, especially when the size is not commonly available locally. While tire punctures can happen due to various reasons such as road debris or tire pressure, we acknowledge that accessibility to replacement parts is just as important. Although inner tubes are considered consumable parts and your purchase was made some time ago, we still want to support you. We’re happy to offer you a free replacement tube—please just confirm your current shipping address with us, and we’ll arrange it as soon as possible. We also appreciate your honest feedback. It helps us identify areas where we need to improve, especially in parts availability and after-sales support. If there’s anything else we can do to assist you, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Best regards, ESKUTE Support Team
