Thank you so much for sharing your feedback Brian, and we’re truly sorry for the frustrations you’ve experienced. We understand how important it is for everything to go smoothly, especially with something as meaningful as your mother's diamond.
Sometimes, because of the way diamonds are formed, there can be tiny natural marks inside, called inclusions. This only happens in about 10% of diamonds, and while we try to avoid them when cutting, sometimes they can still affect the final shape. At Eterneva, we always prioritize quality over speed, so when this happens, we will grow a second diamond for you (at no extra cost), and you get to keep both diamonds. This is a normal part of the process, but it does mean the timeline is a little longer when this occurs.
We also know how disappointing it can be when shipping doesn’t go as planned. While we don’t control FedEx’s delivery process, we have a dedicated person on our team who works directly with them to fix any issues that come up—which is above and beyond what you would see at any other company. We always go the extra mile to make sure your experience is as smooth as possible, because we know how important this diamond is.
We are deeply grateful for your understanding and patience, and we’re committed to making sure you’re completely happy with your diamond and experience with us above all else.
Thank you again for sharing your feedback with us, and please know that it was an honor for us all to be a part of your mother's diamond journey.
With all my love,
Hailey
