Lander explained what I needed to do to continue my application and patiently stayed with me while I did what was required.

I couldn’t get the camera to capture my passport picture I think because of the plastic coating on that page, and Lander in the chat help got me sorted out quickly, which was a big relief. He was helpful, professional in a friendly way. Now I’ve got the document I need and I’m set for my trip. Well done, Lander!

The on-line process was easy to follow and quickly completed. All personnel were friendly, efficient, professional and helpful. My questions were answered so that I understood the process and workings of the UK ETA. The follow-up is great and actually talking to live folks is fantastic and certainly more personable. What a wonderful and admirable service.
