Mooie producten en snel geleverd!

J ai fait plusieurs commande sur ce site. Et tous les produits étaient bien emballés et les commandes sont arrivées rapidement .

I sidste uge købte jeg en mattifying continuous setting mist, først virkede den ikke, så jeg måtte bytte den til en ny, og i morges sprang den af så alt produktete kom ud og den er nu gået i stykker. Jeg kan desværre ikke uploade billeder her, men den er helt ødelagt. Jeg vil ikke anbefaldte nogle noglesinde at købe noget fra deres brand.

Ik heb 2 maanden geleden een bestelling geplaatst en het is nu pas bezorgd! Daarnaast is het pakket ook helemaal vies en zitten er sporen van voetstappen op… Ik ga hier nooit meer wat bestellen en zou dit ook niet aanraden!!!

Ho ordinato 2 palette che sono arrivate nel giro di 4/5 giorni lavorativi (molto veloci). Una palette purtroppo mi è arrivata danneggiata e mi sono affidata al servizio clienti chiedendo il reso per ordinarla nuovamente perché ero davvero interessata. La palette purtroppo non era più disponibile nel sito quindi ,scusandi per l'inconveniente e soprattutto perché non avrei potuto riordinarla mi hanno rimborsato l'intera palette (tutto questo in neanche un'ora).Davvero soddisfatta del servizio clienti e del sito riordinerò sicuramente 😍

Lost order three times. Customer service continues to give run-around answers and avoids questions. There is a new customer service person every time and no one knows what is going on. They refuse to address the issue and just give you a standard "I am so sorry" response. I used to love Morphe and the customer service was fantastic, but recently it has been seriously lacking. I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experiences.

Avvoid. Order missing, customer service not answering only automatic respons.

I ordered from Morphe 2 years ago. There was no problem. Since I live in Latvia, I received my order in about a month. I decided to order again. I placed my order on May 4th. Had trouble tracking my order so I contacted Morphe. They sent me a new tracking link. Everything was fine until information appeared that I have returned my order and that it is on its way back to Morphe. I was confused, so I contacted Morphe again. They claimed that the order had been delivered to my address on June 8th. I haven't received anything, not even information from DPD. They even sent me a new tracking link stating that the package had been delivered. How can two tracking links with the same order codes contain completely different information? I asked them to explain it, but they just replied that the order had been delivered and that they were sorry I had not received it. They also offered me to send the products again or return my money. I tried to search for my package on the Latvian DPD page. I found out that the package has been delivered back to them. I contacted them again. I received a response that they would like to re-ship my order to an alternative address that’s convenient for me to avoid another loss. I decided to agree to that. I hope to receive my order this time. I will update you on whether I received it.
