European Watch CompanyReviews of europeanwatch.com

Excellent experience with European Watch Company. Philip was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout taking the time to answer my questions and make the process comfortable. Joshua’s personal involvement also reflected a high level of care and professionalism. The transaction was smooth, effortless, and handled with great attention to detail. The watch arrived securely packaged, exactly as described and better in person than expected. I truly appreciated the thoughtful follow through from Philip, Joshua, and the EWC team. I am already considering additional pieces to add to my collection and look forward to working with European Watch Company again.

The watch was priced fairly, but Philip DeCicco is the hero here. He made the process effortless and fun. He stayed in constant contact, answered all my questions promptly, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The man deserves a raise, or you guys are fools.

Joshua, Amy, and team are very friendly and helpful. Sometimes their prices are a tiny bit above other dealers but there’s a reason for it; they are trustworthy and reliable.

I purchased my first Patek Philippe from EWC. EWC gave me a very fair value for my trade-in, and the watch I purchased exceeded my expectations. A few months later, I purchased another Patek from EWC. This time the watch arrived without a small accessory, and I brought it to their attention. Within a few days, I had the accessory in hand, and they threw in a gift. Top notch service.

Easy transaction as always, Philip was able to answer my questions and get us to a fair price.

Amy and her team at European Watch Company exemplify professionalism, expertise, and courtesy from the initial inquiry through final delivery. The entire experience was seamless, transparent, and enjoyable. Their communication, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service were truly exceptional. I only wish I had discovered EWC earlier in my watch-collecting journey. This was one of the best buying experiences I've had, and I will return without hesitation for future purchases. Highly recommended.

Could have sold me this "very good" watch in "new" condition and I'd never know. Pleasure to work with, responsive to all my questions, fantastic product, immediate shipping.

Excellent service, prompt replies, responsive, it is being a pleasure to buy watches from EWC for the past 6 years. I’m in my 6th one acquired and up to day I never ever had a problem and even a regret of going business with them.
