I made the account 6 days ago, and from that day, the only text when I try to log in is saying it's under review. I tried to contact them a few times by email and never received an answer from a human, just an automatic email that confirmed the email was received. I do not understand what the problem is with them to put you under review. This is totally bullished. It's good that there are other programs that work well.

I recently wrote a review that was removed. This makes my review even more important because this means even TrustPilot is not listening to customers. I am a marketer hired to handle events for a client. I wrote my review from a real-world experience. I find the EventCreate interface clunky. There are so many things that are not intuitive. My original review stated ("Eventcreate is the most unfriendly user experience environment I have ever worked with. Nothing works as it should and I don't recommend it but have to use it."). For TrustPilot to remove a legitimate review because they think it is false or because it goes against guidelines. What guidelines? I'm a reviewer of a product that had a bad experience with a software solution. My review stands. And now, I am giving them one star when it was originally two.

Not free to publish an event that you have created. False advertisement

I did something dumb about 6 years ago I guess but I've only ever played around with eventcreate, never actually finished an event through it but obviously signed up at some time - dumb me not realising it would cost me every year. Anyway yesterday not realising, I did sign up for a trial of 7 days. Now I see I've been charged $75 this morning. So I dont get to cancel within the 7 days? I've cancelled now so no more charges should happen. Wont be using event create. A refund at least for this time would be great, even if I got mixed up the fact that I havent ever used it yet paid year after year, itd be nice to be refunded this year.

Don’t take the trial. I took a trial and cancelled 2 days late ( my fault) however I wrote to eventcreate to explain the situation and got a robotic response that the policy is not to refund. Poor service from a company who obviously has no confidence people would take the product without trials that have no leeway when cancelling within a day or two. I now am stuck with a year’s subscription to something that does not meet my needs.

If I could give zero out of 5 stars I would. The software is buggy. They are making their customers fix issues. The first person I sent the invitation was security blocked. It was my own mother. The software hasnt been tested. I am worried about security breaches as I so far in 1 hour of usage found at least 3 security related tech issues. ZERO.
