It was a difficult process to create an ad
The signing in and creating part of the ad building did not work properly. It would not save correctly. Things would save and then just disappear. The parameters for loading in art were not correct for the space allowed. And, lastly, there was no one available to help answer questions or help with these issues. The canned answers really were not sufficient.

More robust than we need, makes it a little unweidly
The event creation portion of events.com is more complex than we need. I see how other, larger, events would need more robust features, but we're a relatively small festival. It's just a bit of a hassle to try to wade through all of the different screens to determine which information we need to fill in that is applicable to us... and then re-submit the info because some portion of the form that isn't relevant to us is required before we can move on. We like events.com to get our event out into the world, but it seems to take us more time to create our event on this site than it does on others'.

I'm a volunteer with the Ogden Nature Center
I'm a volunteer with the Ogden Nature Center and was putting their events on Spingo. Events.com is much harder for me and maybe it's not intended for non-profits. I don't even know which category to select for outdoor programming like summer camps or weekly nature events. I can choose leisure and family, I guess. The category idea is confusing for me. I thought I entered the info for an upcoming concert at the Nature Center and don't see it show up. The default always goes back to New York.

It seemed like a very complicated way…There's room for improvement
It seemed like a very complicated way to able to include a date on your online calendar. Almost painful.

Below are the steps you will need to follow to submit your events. You will want to go to Events.com Promote, https://promote.events.com/, to list your event. To be able to list out your full event details (description, ticketing link, contact info, etc.), you will need to create or sign in to your account with the following link: https://org.events.com/#/en_US/login?client=promote. Once on that page, in the top right corner, you will click on the 'Sign up' button. The screenshot called 'Sign up' will show you where this is. If you already have an account, you can log in with your credentials. After you have created and logged into your account, in the top right corner next to your name, there will be a 'Create Event' button. The screenshot called 'Create Event' will show where this is. By clicking this you will be able to list out the full event details. Please let us know if you have any questions. Best,

the transition from SpinGO was not…
the transition from SpinGO was not smooth. I want a simple post and couldn't find out how to remove the registration button. I don't think I even ended up posting it.
