Documented Lab Improvements During Tesamorelin Use

I am writing to provide a brief summary of my recent laboratory results and overall experience while using tesamorelin from Everlife. Over approximately the past few months, I have been administering tesamorelin five nights per week as part of a broader health and metabolic optimization plan. While I have not experienced significant changes in overall body weight, my laboratory results indicate meaningful improvements in key metabolic markers. Most notably, my fasting lipid panel improved as follows: Triglycerides decreased from 195 mg/dL (January 2026) to 109 mg/dL (April 2026) LDL cholesterol decreased from 76 mg/dL to 61 mg/dL Total cholesterol decreased from 141 mg/dL to 110 mg/dL HDL cholesterol remained relatively stable (32 to 33 mg/dL) In addition, liver enzyme markers showed improvement: ALT decreased from 36 IU/L to 25 IU/L AST decreased from 28 IU/L to 20 IU/L My Apolipoprotein B level is currently 65 mg/dL, which is within an optimal range. Taken together, these changes suggest an improvement in metabolic health consistent with reductions in visceral fat and improved lipid metabolism, despite minimal change in body weight. Overall, I have been satisfied with the results thus far and plan to continue my current course as part of a structured, longer-term protocol.
