This issue we are having is keeping us from contacting clients through our office phone. This has been an issue since at least August 11th. Response to reply: This was reported on 8/11 through a ticket so I'm not sure why the reply stated they were unaware of the issue. No change to rating. Paul S. was great and I wish someone with that skillset worked with me on 8/11.

I would really like the option to merge calls. And lately calls have just been dropping off for no reason. I am otherwise happy with the service.

I reached out for support, replied within 24hours with the information requested. After my last response providing information, there was no further response and a request for more information, but not a specification on what information aside from what had already been requested and provided. Then my ticket was closed and I still don't have access to my account. My account was disconnected because I was never able to get access to update or transfer payment information.

After two replies from you, we should have taken a more proactive approach to ensure we had everything required. Because the account couldn’t be fully verified, you weren’t able to log in to update or transfer your payment information, which ultimately led to the account being closed.
