Eric & Marcia went out of their way anytime I needed assistance with documentation or driving down rates and out of pocket opportunities to help make this a best option for me. Much appreciated & will recommend them to anyone & use them again if I need a loan again in the future.

I was looking to lower my interest rate. AZ Home Loans was highly recommended to me. I first worked with Josh Hartson to get the ball rolling and get all the necessary paperwork and documents together. He made a nice smooth transition to Ashley Marbury to help process everything! They sent out a wonderful Notary to my home to sign all the final documents. And we ended with a much lower rate than we initially expected. I could not be happier with the customer service we received from everyone!
