I have used AZ Home Loans on multiple transactions and they are the most professional, responsive, hard working lender out there. They also have the lowest fees and rates by far. They go above and beyond each time and always keep us in the loop. They always respond to us in a very timely manner. We had put out several feelers to refinance our VA loan. AZ home loans was the third company to respond and were glad we waited. The first to respond was our current, at that time, mortgage company, Quicken. Their loan was going to cost us more than we wanted for an interest rate higher than what I had seen with other companies. The second company to contact us did just that, they contacted us but it went nowhere. Then AZ Home Loans gave us a call. They presented us with a VA refinance with a lower interest rate at a much lower cost. Once we agreed on the numbers the process went very smoothly with everything other than the final signing done via email.
