Product that I ordered over a month ago never arrived. The email address that was provided for customer service didn't work

Out of stock and still waiting
I have placed an order that was confirmed on 10/15/2023 and it is almost a month later without resolution. I have requested an estimated time of delivery with no solid response. I honestly just want the product I ordered. The website is still selling products that are supposedly out of stock without stating on their website.
