There are several factors that make working with an external FTP provider a pleasure. A few of those factors include: 1) Easy to use UI; 2) Support; 3) Extensive feature set and scalability. Let me add that after 20+ years of writing software for numerous companies, it's hard for me to think of another FTP provider that allowed me to setup a FTP site and implement their features in an enterprise environment so quickly. Well done!

We needed a way to get large media files from point A to point B. We tried several other solutions but always hit a snag along the way. ExaVault offered us a solution that actually worked and we have never looked back. We signed up for a free trial but decided to upgrade before our trial ended because it was exactly what we needed. Every time I have a question or need something clarified, their support shines!

Sharing files has never been this easy with Exavault! We are able to send and receive files of any size within the organization and with our clients as well. I personally love the fact that we are able to customize the "look" of Exavault with our own company logo and name. Support at Exavault is also excellent! Their support team helped us set up and were able to quickly provide answers to our questions on their products. Highly recommended!

ExaVault has a support team that really knows what they are doing! We had some problems with setup, but Dylan & co. were quick to answer our emails and walk us through everything. We love the site, and esp that we can connect with Filezilla. We are SO happy that we switched to Exavault!!

Our company has renewed three times with Exavault. This is a clear indication that we have had no problems with the solution. It's a great online server for us to use and share with our teams. Perfect way to have partners upload content that we need to have access to. Couldn't say enough good things about Exavault and the outstanding and prompt service I have received from them!

ExaVault's application is awesome - it provides a lot of features for sharing and sending files with their slick web app, as well as some great rebranding options. Plus, I can still access my files using FTP, SFTP and FTPS. The support staff are great too; they are prompt in responding to my questions and whenever I do have an issue (which is rare), they always have an answer for me. Highly recommended.

I've been with ExaVault for several years now, and have been very happy. The customer support is top notch, and the service is stable and fast. They have a really slick web interface, and support both FTP & SFTP. Not many of their competitors do. Nice work, guys!
