This is my first experience writing a book and working with a publisher/editor. I liked my editor from the moment we first discussed the project. She is understanding and worked at my pace (things in life took over and got in the way of working on my book) and always professional in handling the edits made, making the necessary changes and returning them in a timely manner so we could discuss any needed changes to make. I am well-pleased with the book cover design as well and have been glad to go through the entire experience with the people involved. I would recommend and use their publishing services again.

Judy S and her team from EXCEL were fantastic! I am glad I was able to publish my book with them. I am not going to try to sell anything or do a bunch of talking other than just stating the FACTS which is: I am beyond satisfied for what I wanted to accomplish! I recommend them and, more specifically, Judy S and her team.

Racheal Thomas was a good manager
Racheal Thomas was a good manager. She was always available and returned my calls promptly. The editing was somewhat difficult to navigate but that was due to my lack of computer skills. Once I adapted, it became easier and I moved more quick ckly through the manuscript. If I were to engage in another writing project, I would request Ms. Thomas as the project coordinator.

They Got Me Too
I don't know what to do anymore. It's been weeks since I've heard from anyone, and I have been waiting since last year for them to complete my book. At this point, just give me a refund and let me move on. Update: (May 24th) They still haven't delivered a single thing.
