Hi Kemi, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We take feedback and public claims about our program very seriously, and we’d like to provide some clarification for everyone reading this review. Our program details, pricing, and refund policy are clearly communicated and provided in writing to participants before enrollment. While we understand that experiences and expectations may differ, describing the program as “fraud” does not accurately reflect the nature of our services or the experience of the many participants we have supported in pursuing careers in cybersecurity. We’d also like to clarify that our review requests are part of our standard communication process and are shared with participants at designated program milestones. They are not selectively sent based on whether we expect a positive review. If you feel your refund request was not handled appropriately, we’re happy to look into your specific situation. Please reach out to us directly with your account details so we can review the matter and provide you with the appropriate clarification. We genuinely value our participants’ trust and appreciate the opportunity to address concerns openly and respectfully.

Hello Helen, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We take feedback seriously, particularly when it raises questions about the integrity of our organization. Several of the statements in your review are presented as factual allegations. Because they involve serious claims about fraud, certification processes, and business operations, we believe it's important to clarify a few points for prospective students. Our institute does not administer certification examinations on behalf of any third-party certification body, nor do we have the ability to influence or control the certification decisions of independent organizations. Certification providers maintain their own policies, security procedures, and disciplinary processes, and any actions they take are determined independently. Similarly, our career support is designed to help students strengthen their competitiveness through training, coaching, resume development, interview preparation, and networking. As with any educational or professional development program, employment outcomes depend on numerous factors, including an individual's experience, effort, market conditions, and employer hiring decisions. Your comments also reference our offices, instructional methods, and staff. Like many modern education providers, we utilize a combination of virtual delivery, remote team members, and online coaching to serve students across multiple locations. This operating model is common throughout the education and technology sectors and does not affect the quality or legitimacy of our programs. Finally, allegations that our team engages in dishonest practices or encourages students to misrepresent their qualifications are categorically inconsistent with our standards and values. We expect our students to uphold professional and ethical conduct throughout their careers, and we are committed to doing the same. We remain committed to transparency and welcome respectful, fact-based discussions about our programs. If you were enrolled and have concerns about your individual experience, we encourage you to contact us directly so they can be reviewed appropriately. Kind regards, The Tolulope Michael Team

Hi Sally, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns and truly appreciate the time and commitment you invested in the program. We want to clarify that our programs are designed to provide structured training, guidance, and support; however, career outcomes such as job placement depend on multiple factors, including individual effort and consistency. While many of our participants achieve successful transitions, timelines can vary. That said, we take concerns around communication and support seriously. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we would like the opportunity to review your case in detail and address any gaps. Regarding your concerns about payments, we take such matters very seriously and would appreciate the chance to investigate this further with you directly. Kindly reach out to us at [email protected] with your full details so we can escalate this internally and work toward a fair resolution. We remain committed to supporting our students and resolving concerns in a professional and transparent manner. Best regards, ExcelMindCyber Team

Hi Kelvin, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to provide some clarification to ensure you have the full context. All program terms, including expectations, participation requirements, and refund conditions, are clearly communicated during enrollment and onboarding. Based on our records, the student referenced in your review has not been actively attending or participating in the program. As outlined in our policy, eligibility for a refund is contingent upon meeting these participation requirements. With regard to your mention of an unconditional money-back guarantee, we would like to clarify that this is subject to specific terms and conditions, including active participation and defined timelines, all of which are communicated upfront. An extension was also offered as an additional support measure to provide more time and guidance. This was intended to support progress and did not alter the original agreement. The decision not to proceed with this option does not change the agreed terms. We take communication seriously and remain open to reviewing any specific concerns you may have experienced. Our support channels have been consistently available. While the refund request does not meet the criteria outlined in our policy, we remain committed to supporting the student and helping them move forward.
