Exceptional VillasReviews of exceptionalvillas.com

I wanted to extend a big thank you to you both for making my client's trip easy and enjoyable. She just sent me an email and she is very happy and loved the villa and location. This was a much anticipated and needed trip for them and you guys made it happen! Thank you!

We were looking for a place to celebrate my wife's 63rd, the birth of our 1st grandchild, and to get our from the pandemic shadow to live life more fully. Elaine with Exceptional Villas was the perfect concierge who helped with everything from car rental, to deep sea and day sail charters, to taxis from the ferry and a catered dinner in the villa. Most important, as flight time changed and plans moved, she was helpful to the last minute with great grace and kindness. We will use them again. BTW, Canefield House, where we stayed, is top drawer.

Knowledgeable, about the properties. Great and prompt service. I have used them many times and they are always professional and friendly.

It's always a pleasure to deal with Exceptional Villas: everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. Very helpful!

Working with Exceptional Villas from the beginning to the end has been nothing less than a fantastic experience. They were always super quick to respond back with answers to your questions. They were always very professional, patient and pleasant. You always had the feeling that they valued you as a customer and truly wanted to make your vacation perfect. Julie, Yvonne and Paul were awesome to work with, especially Julie since we worked with her the most! Ask for her! If you are looking for a 20 out of a 10 vacation, you must book through Exceptional Villas (and go to The Great House in Barbados)! Thank you for everything! We will definitely book thru you again!

Elaine Donoghue was exceptional! We threw every type of curve ball (aka wrong arrival dates, departure times etc!) at her and she never expressed any frustration with us. Rather, she would good-naturedly revise the plans she had carefully assembled for us. We can't wait to go on the excursions and to taste the private chef's dinner Elaine arranged for us! Honestly, I can't say enough about how helpful and kind she was. -Gail Coleman

Great houses, I enjoyed it.

Very helpful & organised! Nothing was ever a problem, a lot of effort was put into meeting all our needs and wants! We are looking forward to our holiday! :)
