Shaun, Noreen and all of the staff we encounter in Tortola were very friendly, dependable and made our stay so easy and enjoyable. The villa itself was what it was advertised to be. I will use Exceptional Villas to assist me with our lodging needs in the future!

We stayed in this 3 bedroomed penthouse apartment for 3 weeks in March 2016. It was an absolutely stunning place with enormous amounts of space & fantastic location right on Paynes Bay beach. Our maid Katrina was brilliant - nothing was too much trouble for her & she kept our apartment immaculately clean. Romeo the security guard was also great booking transport for us when required & making us feel completely safe. We were offered this place through Exceptional Villas & Yvonne the lady who booked our holiday was fantastic & helped us with everything from the initial booking, the supply of groceries, airport transfers & information on the island. I wouldn't hesitate to use their company again for future bookings & recommend them highly to anyone looking for a Carribean holiday.
