The team at Exercise.com are so helpful and answer all question in a timely manner (even if they don't know the answer, I know they are right on it asking figuring out the answer). They are so friendly and take all suggestions for improvement to heart and act on them for the ease of the customer. They put together a great product that is easy to use and navigate for everyone.
